We operate by a management model with extensive delegation of responsibility, where individual business units such as Nikkelverk operate with a high degree of autonomy. We are, however, bound together by a common set of values and beliefs regarding how we work.

The rules of conduct at Glencore plc stipulate specific behaviour that ensures that these aspirations are reflected in our daily actions, decisions and attitudes. Rules of conduct cannot determine measures for every possible situation, but are intended as practical guidance and as support for the application of our business principles.

It is expected that all employees, contracted employees and those working on behalf of Nikkelverk comply with the company's business principles and behavioural rules.
